Starting therapy...
It might feel like stepping into the unknown. And that’s okay. It’s normal to feel nervous, unsure, or even overwhelmed at first. You might wonder what to say, how to begin, or if you’ll be judged (you won't be). However, therapy is a safe space built for you. To explore your thoughts, feel your emotions, and heal/grow in the ways you've needed most.

What's required?
Therapy is a clinical mental health service and a process that can take place over a period of time. There's a few things you'll want to consider before starting. Here's a short checklist to help:
☐ I am currently living in one of the following states: Massachusetts.
☐ I'm able to attend in-person sessions at current office in Woburn, MA or otherwise attend sessions via telehealth.
☐ I currently have health insurance that covers the sessions or I'm able to cover the costs.
☐ I'm currently over the age of 14.
☐ I have the availability to attend therapy on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis while I'm engaged in treatment.
☐ I understand that I may not have all of the answers right away.
☐ I'm willing to be an active participant in my growth and healing.
☐ There are goals, struggles, or challenges I'm faced with that I'd like to explore in therapy.
☐ I understand that therapy is a process that might take time to see and feel the results.
Have questions? I'd love to hear from you!
