Event Support
For any event hosted by me, refunds can be provided at any point for any reason within 24 hours before the day of the event. Also, if there are any technological issues on my end that cause the event to be rescheduled or cancelled, refunds can of coarse be given. However, attendees are responsible for any technological issues they may face on their end. For my workshops, courses, groups, or other engagements hosted by outside organizations, the refund policy may differ and should be stated on the event page. A confirmation email that includes the ticket and zoom link should be sent to your email after buying the ticket. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, first check your spam folder in your email. Some report that their tickets are sent there. If it wasn't received contact us so we can make sure the purchase went through or that you entered the correct email. You can contact us at events@mattsanita.com or use the contact form below.
If you're attending an event that has a Q&A, you can send your questions to events@mattsanita.com. Feel free to submit as many questions as you'd like in one email. Be aware, not all questions are generally able to be answered during the event, so send your favorites! Also, the sender must be a confirmed attendee for their question to be chosen. The senders will remain anonymous.
Any materials such as worksheets, workbooks, and other activities that are needed for the event will be emailed before the event or provided during the event. Virtual event recordings are emailed within 24 hours after the event and are available to watch for the following 7 days. In-person event recordings are not offered after the event, but can sometimes be shared on official social media pages. Recording and distributing/sharing/selling event footage is prohibited.

The event should be available through any platform (phone, tablet, computer) that has internet connection and the ability to join a Zoom event. A computer or tablet is recommended.
You should be okay logging in at the time of the event. There is generally a 10 to 15 minute buffer after the event start time to allow everyone to log in and check in before the actual event will begin.
Interaction is highly encouraged! And can help make the event feel more unique and specific to those attending. Smaller workshops and live courses recommend a mic and camera. Events with larger audiences will provide a text chat.
Zoom links sent to access the event are individual, and will only admit one person. This is because spaces are limited and we don't want anyone that bought a ticket to be locked out. However, you're welcome to invite a friend over in-person to watch your screen with you. But consider buying a ticket for your friend to support the event!
