How you can prepare:
Coaching is goal-driven and about creating a life of meaning, purpose, community and fulfillment in whatever way feels right for you. We'll target the pesky things holding you back and come up with actionable steps to betterment. Here's a checklist of things to consider before starting your coaching journey:
☐ Consider why you're seeking coaching at this time. Are you feeling stuck/lost? Is there a goal you're avoiding?
☐ Take inventory of things you're doing that are already working. Wins matter in directing your focus and feeling the momentum.
☐ Be open to making changes. Coaching works best when you're ready to try something new and challenge old habits.
☐ Make sure coaching is something you create time for. Sessions are often twice a week, weekly, or bi-weekly. Consider what fits your schedule.
☐ Acknowledge areas where you've been resistant. It's normal to feel unsure and protective. Sometimes these forces can tell us a lot.
☐ Budget for growth. Not just financially, but also emotionally. Investing in yourself takes space, patience and commitment .
