A quote that changed the way I look at things

For me, it's the quote: "All is as it should be." A mantra I've used to ground my thinking for many years.

These words aren't to be confused with "All is right and well." or "All is as I want it to be." but "All is as it should be." There's a comfort in that reassurance. I don't have to hold on to worry, or regret, or resentment. My only obligation in this moment to accept that things are the way they are right now. I am the person I am right now. I know the things I know right now. I'm in exactly this place in my journey whether I like it or not and things have happened this way for a reason in alignment with my previous inspirations, interests, needs and desires. Not necessarily in some divine-intervention-type way, but in perhaps a coincidental and consequential-type way.

Not everyone clicks, not every job is a good fit, not every good intention leads to good outcomes. All is as it should be. What am I going to do next with the information I've been given about this path I was following or situation I encountered?

What's a quote that changed the way you look at things?
